We recognize that it can be difficult to trust a product that sounds too good to be true—that's why we're proud to offer you a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial on all purchases made through our website.

We're so confident you'll love your products, we offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial period so that you can get a chance to experience them for yourself. This means that, if, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within the 90-day period after you have received the order on your doorstep and we'll give you your money back (subject to the terms and conditions below).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be requested to help@lyftwear.com within 90 calendar days of the delivery date;

  • The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition;

  • The item must be returned with the tags and packaging in their original condition;

Additional Information

We reserve the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above stated return policy. Rejected items will be discarded and a refund will not be issued. In order to avoid this, please contact our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns you have regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team via email at help@lyftwear.com to assist you with the return process.

Postage costs and the process of sending the product back to us is the full responsibility of the claimant, and return postage costs will not be refunded. Furthermore, we advise that all returns be made via trackable mail because we cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.

Returns are also subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.


Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

Please note: shipping fees will not be refunded. Returns are also subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Damaged/defective items

In the unlikely event that you've received a damaged item, we are happy to replace it for you free-of-charge. Damaged items must be reported/emailed to help@lyftwear.com within 7 days of receipt with photos attached. If not reported within 7 days, we cannot issue replacements. Lyftwear.com is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 7-day window of receiving the item.
