When will my package ship after I order?

We know that your order is important to you, and getting it to you as fast as we can is our number one priority. After you place an order with us, it is usually dispatched to our fulfillment team for shipping within 24-72 hours.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination and shipping method.

     • Standard Shipping — 6 to 12 days

     • Priority Shipping — 3 to 7 days

If you choose the 'Priority Shipping' option at checkout, your order will be marked as top priority and will skip the fulfillment queue to ship out first. 'Priority Shipping' is the fastest way to get your order.

How do I know where my package is?

After placing an order on our website, you will receive a series of follow-up emails so that you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order. You'll be notified when your package has been sent out for delivery and you'll also receive tracking information so that you can have real-time insight about your shipment's location all along its journey.

From our warehouse to your doorstep, our end-to-end tracking will help you feel confident and allow you to have peace of mind knowing that you have the most up-to-date information on your order.

What is the 'Priority Shipping' option at checkout?

At checkout, we offer two different shipping options that are available for all orders—Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Priority Shipping means that your order will skip the fulfilment queue and have priority over orders with regular shipping. This means that your order will be out of our facility sooner and will arrive to your door more quickly!

Can I change the shipping address after my order has been placed?

Yes, you can change your shipping address after you place an order. We only allow this within 60 minutes of when an order is placed.

Since orders are sent to our fulfillment team within 24-72 hours, your time window to request changes is very limited. If you need to change your shipping address, please email us right away so that we can make the requested adjustments.

Unfortunately, once your order has already been processed for shipping, we aren't able to reroute your package.

Please note that, due to operational adjustments made in response to COVID-19, we are currently seeing temporary delays in our regular delivery times. Most packages should be delivered within 10 days, but some have seen delays of up to 20 days.
